First Dry Triathlon Raises Over $17,000

Nearly 100 competitors came out to bike, run and row on June 8, 2024 in support of Raised for Honor’s mission. Our first ever fundraising event, the Dry Triathlon, hosted by T2 CrossFit and sponsored by Edgar Snyder & Associates and Shouf’s Café, raised over $17,000.

The Dry Tri started with a 5k bike on a Concept 2, went into a 2.5k run, and then competitors hopped on a Concept 2 rowing erg and completed a 4k row.

The Dream Team, Tess Falcone, Ryan Pepper and Jordan Nardozi, took first place in the team competition with a time of 35:14. Andrew Hartman was the individual winner with a time of 38:30.

A big thank you to all of our volunteers who, among other things, donated and/or solicited items for the silent action, collected dollars through their GoFundMe campaigns, decorated and set up for the event, worked registration, and acted as judges and timekeepers. Special shout out to the planning committee including Anna Tobias, Brad Tobias, Melinda Boyd, Eddie Yongo and Katlyn Taueetia.
